The “Box Office Price” is the list price of the ticket on the board at the theatre box office.  The box office price does not include any booking fees or other handling charges.  All websites that sell theatre tickets add booking fees or handling charges or both to the box office price.    As booking fees and handling charges vary widely by company, we thought we’d use the box office price as a comparison price against your total ticket price

All theatre/show tickets are always held at the theatre box office for secure, fast and easy ticket collection, unless otherwise stipulated.  A voucher with seat locations, theatre box office address, and all other pertinent ticket collection information is emailed immediately or within one business day of placing an order.  A photo ID or passport matching the lead Customer Name on the order may be required when picking up tickets (always required in Las Vegas).

Use the Event Calendar and pick a date in Green showing best availability.   The best rates are generally available midweek – if you can, avoid weekend performances (especially Saturday nights).

Please book your inbound and outbound transfer in two separate orders.

No.  All tours offered online are group tours.  Please call or email us to arrange any private tour.

Shoot us an email or pick up the phone and let us know what it is that you are looking for.  Sometimes inventory is so limited, it is no longer offered online – so it is never a bad idea to check with us.

Yes, shows can change their pricing with little or no notice, but your total price displayed online is always the most up-to-date.

Not all tickets and services can be cancelled, but tickets purchased thru a travel advisor are sold with preferred cancellation terms.  Please email your cancellation request to res@leisureconnect.com.  Please include your Order No.  All requests for cancellations will be responded to urgently
