Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated. Please check your vouchers for accuracy when you receive them as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Leisure Connect acts as an agent only and has no control over the event.
Tickets are sold subject to the rules and regulations of the event organizer/venue, which vary and are available on request.
The event organizer/venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, to refuse admission and to request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break.
Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
If the ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than Leisure Connect, the event organizer/venue or one of the authorized sub-agents, it may become void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
The purchaser must give the correct name and billing address for the selected payment method. If these details are not correct, we reserve the right not to process the booking.
Leisure Connect, and any associated company or authorized sub-agent cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the purchaser or their associates/agents in relation to event cancellation or non-appearance. Travel, accommodation, meals and all other ancillary products whether purchased or not purchased via the ticket supplier are purchased solely at the risk of the ticket purchaser and are not deemed to be connected to the event ticket or the ticket supplier (except where sold as a package that includes specific product content, i.e. restaurant & theatre ticket).
All ticket prices quoted on-line or by phone are inclusive of any taxes, venue restoration fees and booking fees. In the event that an additional handling charge applies, the fee will be displayed or quoted separately at the time of booking. Regardless, the purchaser will be charged one total price per order, inclusive of any taxes, venue restoration fees, booking fees, and handling charge.
Leisure Connect will issue a voucher for each set of tickets to each event purchased, unless otherwise notified. The voucher will include all pertinent information relating to ticket collection. For theatre, all tickets will be held at the theatre box office for collection no less than 30 minutes prior to curtain, but purchasers are encouraged to examine their vouchers for specific event/venue exchange instructions. A photo ID matching the lead Customer Name on the order is required when picking up tickets.
Vouchers will be emailed at the time of sale, or no later than 1 business days from the time of sale in those instances where Leisure Connect have to request tickets or availability from a particular venue, as in an instance where normal allocations of tickets have been depleted or restaurant or guide availability must be confirmed.
Broadway tickets are generally sold as non-refundable, but with Leisure Connect, cancellations are accepted no less than eight (8) days prior to performance date. Written notice must be received in order to cancel tickets. All tickets cancelled within seven (7) days of performance date can be cancelled on a resale basis. Written notice must be received in order to cancel tickets. Cancellation notices may be submitted by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Pending cancellation or resale, a refund less a cancellation fee of $20.00 USD per ticket will be issued. No refund is possible on unsold tickets.
Cancellations for all tickets, with the exception of Broadway, are accepted back on a resale basis. Written notice must be received in order to cancel tickets. Cancellation notices may be submitted by sending an email to email@example.com. Pending resale, a refund less a $20.00 USD per ticket fee will be issued. No refund is possible on unsold tickets.
All group tickets are sold as final sale and are non-refundable.
